Appointments and Fees

Please call and schedule an appointment with the Attorney. Although it is helpful for the Attorney to get some basic information on your case on the phone before conducting an in-person consultation, adequate immigration consult can hardly ever be given over the phone. Likewise it is not possible for the Attorney to determine which fees he will charge in a specific case without knowing the relevant facts of that case. When you come for a consultation, please bring all documents that could be relevant for your case, in particular, if it applies, your passport, your Permanent Resident Card (green card), your Employment Authorization Card, Social Security Card, as well as personal documents, such as birth and marriage certificates, divorce decrees, diplomas and court papers, for instance relating to immigration or criminal proceedings.
